Foxxonline Lost Login Info

I have a account with Foxxonline I lost the login info to login to my cpanel I know my user name I need the pass & cpanel address. I sent them a email no reply anybody know what there AIM or Yahoo nick is I need to get ahold of them asap someone let know I need to talk to them my AIM DJboutit5

I got the login info from person who designed the site it took him 45 min & he searched 3 computers chat logs
