I have two bad ratings in the FWS database. No comments, I suppose is a good thing. But, I haven't had anyone, but maybe 2 people sign up from FWS. Why do I have 2 bad ratings?

Might be people who don't think the features are what they want and rate it without having tested it. Is it a post 2 host deal, some people don't like that for instance?

One idea is to post a link to the listing from your site so members who are happy with your host can rate it.

Hi Peo,

Do you & team have any new measures to curb TrollDown and TurfUp ratings? Done right, ratings are a beautiful thing, but per Schmarvin's post, done wrong a little food coloring wrecks a water supply pretty quick.

We have taken measures to prevent abuse and monitor ratings and reviews actively.
