Untill 03-2009 about $12.00 a month, after that we got banned by Google because we went up to $300 real fast.
We used our own ads for 6 weeks, let people advertise for $40.00 a month.
Because we want to sell this website we replaced our ads with Google ads again, tho we do not earn anything from it.

I bet that when you move the ads around a bit, you can earn plenty from it.

The website is run on the VPS extreme from Whirlhost.com
Normal costs will be $50.00 a month.

Not really true, it is not the only website on that VPS.
I got 16 proxies more on it and my paid hosting company as well.
That is why I added all statistics to my ad, so people could find out for them self how much it would cost to host it.
I guess that $15 a month or so could do, if you find the right host.
