Hi

I've decided to sell my file sharing website with it's domain.

the site is:
www.up4them.com

to be sold with it's domain.

domain registered with godaddy.com (will expire in Jan.2010)

site is hosted in ezywebhost.net
dedicated server

i used google adsense (removed now so that you can have a look at the site ads free)

google adsense generated me daily average 1.6$

this site is new started it in Feb.09

but it's grwing very fast i don't have time to manage it.
script is licensed and still under support for the next year
the site is fully cutomizable (html pages)

admin panel is easy to use, many options there

What are the costs and expenses? What script does it run?

Cost: monthly 79.9$ for the dedicated server (monthly)
previous expense: 75$ google adword for two months (now it's over)

script: Xfilesharing Pro V 1.4 (http://www.sibsoft.net/xfilesharingpro.html)
paid extra 80$ to make advance mods that's not included in the original script:
*generating [img] links for forums if the file being uploaded is Image (try upload normal file and see the result links for forums, then upload an image and see the result links for forums)

*improved points system.

right now here's the server status:

i'm not targetting any specific geo, but mainly my visitors are from the middle east (i'm Arab)

Other information:

*i paid around 80$ for custom mods (adding [img] code for forums if the uploaded file is image)
*imroving the points system (users can gain 2 kind of points based on size assigined in the admin area, right now points earned for files bigger than 90MB can be exchanged to premium days or money
points earned for files smaller than 90Mb can be exchanged for premium days only
