I was wqonderiung does anyone know anywhere i can get free graphic design such as logo's and stuff.

Buy Photoshop and read some tutorials for Photoshop. (I recommend Photoshop 7)

Or, get GIMP for Windows, download the fx-foundry plugins/filters, then get tutorials for GIMP.
