I am making a website. It is a single column and I want the top and bottom of the design to touch the top and bottom of the browser. There will only be left and right borders on the column.

How do I get rid of the default spacing?

Try this bit of CSS.

body {padding-top:0; padding-bottom:0; margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0;}
