What are you hosting that needs over 3gb space? You are expecting a minute price for an expensive plan, THEN a free domain to boot. If you cant afford another 5$ for a domain, then you should just go free.

Also you get what you pay for. I doubt you are going to get top tier webhosting for the requirements and price you want.
