Anyone else who currently uses their support system, have you noticed all of your tickets missing?

Ticket missing means they are ignoring the support requests or you can not see the tickets in your support area?

*shrug* I've never heard anything but bad stuff about them. They are on the ColoGuys network which is not very stable and always slow as christmas..

Nvm guys, the tickets disappeared but they followed through with their word. They promised a refund, and sure enough I checked my email today with a full refund.
The only promising thing about these guys is their support team. The respond within hours of a ticket submission.

Responding within hours is a good thing? At the company I work for we get frustrated if tickets are older than 10 minutes..

It's better than most places. And the time of multiple tickets were 12AM.

But you are in the UK? Which means in the USA it's about 6-8 hours behind? :)
