I am currently thinking about doing a online pc support site with the following services.

Chat
Remote Assistance
Downloads


What I would like from members on here, is to vote on my poll and to reply to this post with your thoughts on this and that if you had a pc issue and you did not know what to do would this type of site with free pc support help you and would you use the site?

Most people I know that have a PC problem, would rather call me up and have me either go to their house to fix it, or drop their PC off and come back later when it's fixed.

This service could be useful for someone that has a small problem, but anyone with problems where they can't connect to the internet due to a virus, or windows not booting, will be stuck.

That's what I'm talking about simple problems like the other day for a friend and remotely sorted his drivers out. Even some hardware issues and they can then be told an estimate of the cost of repair.
