Hello,

I need a offshore VPS, that allows almost all kinds of stuff on the server....

Any kind of site should be allowed, I won't be running a porn site.

My budget:- $25-$30 or less.....

Specs:-

Space : around 30 gb
B/w : around 1000gb
IP's : 2 atleast
Ram : 512mb guranted or more
Control Panel: cPanel/whm unlimited license
Full root access
Managed (most important thing I need)
Uptime : 99.9%
Virtuzoo and parallels power panel...
If this is possible for you then please reply and if not then please don't give stupid replies here....

I would recommend only get a VPS in countries like China, Indonesia, etc..

USA and UK basically have the same laws in terms of privacy, warez, etc..

In all honestly, its not even 100% safe to host illegal files.

I agree. Here in Canada you will no be allowed to host that content as well
