I have a Lenovo X61 tablet pc and I love the machine. One problem I had with it was that the screen seemed like it was missing some coating in one of the corner and all the dust would stick.
So after 9 months with the machine, I finally gave the tech support a call and helped them find the piece number of my screen. The guy ordered the piece and said a box should arrive through purolator within 2 business days. The next day, the box came in and I was surprised by the quality of the padding, it really protected my laptop. Less than a week later, I got a call saying that my laptop was ready, that they changed the screen and that I should receive my laptop by purolator soon. The same day, purolator delivered my laptop.
I can say that it was the best electronics repair I've ever experienced! I will definitively extend my warranty with them!
