You can pay with mastercard via PayPal... PayPal supports that facility.

And KilobyteSite.com is overselling, don't know if you realized so they obv don't care about server resource usage. If I was you I would go for one of the smaller plans and see how much space you actually use. If you are selling up to 500gb of disk space away, you will be making the money to pay for a larger plan.
