Mouse and Network stays on when I turn off my computer. Turning off the power supply in the back has no effect, and, there is no settings in power management for the CMOS/BIOS to set these things.
Any way to power them off when the machine turns off?

Turning the power supply doesn't turn the mouse or network card off? Is it a wired or wireless mouse?
What about unplugging the power supply?

It's a wired USB mouse, the network is also wired.
I'll try unplugging it.
Edit: unplugging it still has the mouse and network on.

Mine does it a few times, but that's only usually because of the left over power in the system.

Problem is, it was on overnight for 6+ hours.

The power would still die out after about 1 min on my system. Try earthing it once you turn it off?

Also, when you shut it down, turn the power off, unplug the pc and press the power button to discharge the capacitors (this will not discharge all of them but enough to get the lights to turn off).
I remember one of my mobo had a feature that kept power to the usb ports when the pc was off (although it would not give any power if the PSU was off)

Apparently, this won't harm the computer or the mouse though, it just seems annoying.
