Help on Web Developing

The section seem to have a lot talent Designer. Can anyone help me to develop the same or similar web site as below? If you have sometime please help. At lease, please check if it is too easy. Thanks in advance.

How do you think about difficulty?

The difficulty isn't bad if you know Flash (which I don't) but the graphics portion of it (with the exception of the 3d spinning globe, which would have to be done in a 3d program, which I don't have) is super freakin' easy. Just the graphics and/or PSD were probably created in just a couple hours or so.
