Why not CPanel?
CPanel is more popular and much better in my opinion.

It is also resource intensive and has useless features in it. Direct Admin is forward, to the point, cheaper, and still user-friendly.

This is on a shared environment.. resource usage has nothing to do with the user, because we absorb all the usage.
Its not like the OP has to worry about using up all of his RAM.

Please let me know if you would not mind cPanel, and I will post my offer. :-)

Fine. Stability-wise, Direct Admin performs better than cPanel.

I see that email feature is the most important for you here and I was wondering what kind of the actions they would be?
