Free Radio Network Server

Hi there, My name is David from Newbury in the UK. I first like to say hello to you all. But I do have a question and I hope someone will help me out.

On Free Radio Network there is some server software and you need to enter the following information

Server address is ukfrn.no-ip.org
Backup server is ukfrnbackup.no-ip.org
Sever owner's e-mail address which has been put in.
password is in
Server infor e-mail address has been enter
Web site address www.ukfrn.webs.com

When I press the start it says on line system manager not found.
If anyone knows someone that can help me to fix it I love to hear from them.

It seems not the problem of the web host or something like this
Why don't try to search for the application support forums?
