I am looking for a shared hosting space for my website.
Requirements:

Storage: 250GB
Windows based web host
ASP.net 3.5 support
ASP.net MVC support
2 x MS SQL 2005 database
MS Sharepoint
Reliable web host, 24/7 support

You need dedicated server. If you would like to get solution within shared web hosting offers just do not waste your time
By the way what about budget?

Is it because of number of apps (ASP.net, MVC, sharepoint) that I need?
or the storage?

Budget is kind of dependent on what all I can get? But I am ok to spend ~ $10- $25 / month

I would venture to say the storage. If any host offers you that much space at that price range they are obviously overselling. I may be able to put a package together for you but i would not be able to offer that much space at that pricing.
