eum , a server takes about 1 -2 days to setup
a ready to go server is realy hard to find , or you need to be lucky that they can put it online in 1 hour :D

it all depends on your software you like on it (linux/windows .. what kind of linux)
how many ip adresses and so on

the most servers are just servers that got nothing installed (or linux pre installed but not configured )
