Whats the best AMD athlon xp system you can build me for $400-$450, excluding monitor and MUST have DDR Ram capabilities.

I'm not bored.

But let me see.

This is too hard. I could say... go for smaller harddrive... and heaps of ram... or bigger hard drive, and less ram. Etc.

- XP 1800
- Asus Motherboard with onboard sound
- 64 mb geocforce 2 video card
- 40gig 7400 hdd
- 128mb ddr ram
- mini tower, looks really cool and metalic too :cool:

I would look at pricewatch.com but they mainly have crappy yahoo stores and the prices for a full computer system are never the same when you get to the site. So places I like to shop are

http://www.gogocity.com

those are my favs but you might also want to look at EBAY I have bought a few computers from ebay and I have got only good things just make sure the person has tons of good reviews and what you are buying is new!
