Firstly you can only purchase ClientExec from NewEdge not from a random person here. People here that sell them you must host it on there network or its illegal.

If you are looking for a Reseller Hosting account and the billing system I know of a host its $19.95/month with all the fixings and free ClientExec.

Some companies are offering it for $6/mo but good luck you have got good deals :)

Though if you buy it from those companies you are required to be within their NOC. Otherwise, as Josh said, it's illegal.

What do you mean by being within their NOC? can't i lease the license and use it on my servers? and have nothing ales to do with em?
