they are also known as http://lowesthost.com

If so what are they like?

Have you tried researching them on google or webhostingtalk.com? How did you find out about them?

Do google search for their domain name and I'm certain you will have a lot of results if they are. Also webhostingtalk.com is great source for the related search

Never heard of such web hosting company.... The reason of this they might be a bit new. But that is not the reason they are not good.
Check if they have their support forums... Perhaps there you will be able to find their customers and get in touch with them

It seems become popular tendency nowadays. Other example for that is hostmonster and bluehost
