i am looking for a vps provider to see if they can offer me this

Space:30GB to 40gb
300GB to 400gb of bandwidth
atleast 512mb of ram
free cpanel and whm if its possible to be included or other control panels if they r cheapier

the vps must be located in new zealand and cheap as possible.

can anyone forefil this request?

yea i will be paying by online banking so i can pay easily from my online bank without a credit card.

as for sending funds to international bank account would be too much to do as i dont have that kind of facility with my bank account type.

We have both Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ANZ business Bank Accounts. You can still transfer funds to a Bank Account in Australia using a SWIFT code. I'm certain we can arrange some kind of funds transfer between New Zealand and Australia without too much fuss, although there will be additional charges involved, I'm not sure how steep the charges are. Also we'd require a yearly payment if you chose this option.

Alternatively I would strongly recommend you open a Paypal Account. It is by far the most commonly used Payment method for our business. More customers use Paypal than any other form of Payment. We can accept monthly payments if you pay via Paypal

You can also pay via Western Union, but we'd require a yearly payment with Western Union.

i'd b paying every 6 months or yearly and i want cheap vps with cpanel or either a cheap reseller account with overselling sorry for changing my request abit but yea and i'd want the company to have a new zealand bank account of course they need to be very reliable.
