Is DeiseHost still being managed by someone or are the customers doing it for themselves these days?
I emailed you about 2 weeks ago about an issue I have. I have been asked to help a friend maintain the website for an organization and cannot access any website on the server. Always met with a DNS Error.
Did you get my email or not?

Have you tried the call them. Sometimes that is the only way to get in touch

Dan, to my knowledge, we didn't got your email. Could you please open a support ticket?

It's just that Tracker is absent due to him moving to a new place, and having trouble getting internet there.

It's sorted mate. Turned out that my ISP had blocked the site for some reason.
But I did email a couple weeks ago and was rather discouraged to say the least that I didn't get a reply.

What email adress did you emailed?

I was able to access deisehost.com and used the contact us form there.

It's sorted mate. Turned out that my ISP had blocked the site for some reason.
