Its quite interesting to see a host posting in forums to find his clients. But if the client did not respond to your multiple mails,seems it is not a good sign. So if you are still waiting for his response IMO it is wise to refund him and cancel his order. Update us the progress.

So how the customer managed to get account without domain name I wonder?

not sure how it happened but i am working on a fix. i believe because he put a space then a period then a space that it let it through. poor programming is my guess.
