Hey guys.

Basically I have a new hobby of making photoshop templates. BUT I want to turn these into sites. I know how to make websites etc, but the thing is the buttons are on my templates.

I have tried inserting the template into Dreamweaver, and then trying to make tables where the buttons are and hotspotting it to provide it as a link...

Any other suggestions of what I should do? Basically I have the template but just want to hotspot the buttons, linking them to another page, which are in the Photoshop document. Doing this in Dreamweaver seems hard because I can never get the tables exact and they are difficult to work with.

hi
if ur new to creating html pages using .psd file, then please use imageready (another adobe product). In image ready it is very easy to cut .psd file and convert that into html page. it just takes few minutes.

Hey desert of water , i suggest you simply edit with notepad and manually add those links .
It's really simple :)

Just use this code to do it:?
<a href="Your page url"><img> src="Your image url" ALT="Your Page Name"></A>

That's it .
Just change "Your page url" to the actualy page url which you want your image to link to and the "Your image url" to the actual image url .
Also changing the "Your page name" to the alternative text in case your image does not load or if the user has set up in his browser to not load images .

It's really easy :)
If you need help with this , do let me know via pm's .
I'll gladly help you out with this :)

Merry christmas :D...
