I would reccomend www.t35.com. UNLIMITED web space and bandwith. Very fast servers. Ftp, browser upload and a lot more.

t35.com is good if all your files are under 150kb (file size limit). you could try 9cy.com too, ads are popunders like t35 and they're pretty good speedwise. i would search too, since it doesn't appear that you need script support (cgi, ssi, php, etc), there should be an abundance of hosts out there.

t35 looks pretty good... popunders are the 2nd best thing to "no ads." The most annoying thing is when ads keep popping up over and over or ones that won't go away (like angelfire)
