I personally wouldn't sign up with any host that sells packages on ebay.

Why would you sell packages on e-bay, don't they charge more than that to list your product?

30 gigs transfer for $10/year, and they claim they're going to have profits to donate somewhere? It's also worth noting that Feed the Children, which they say they donate to, is one of those supposed charities that spends half their money on TV infomercials and the other half on converting people to the christian religion. They're more a religious organization than a charity. So you have a scam host promising to donate to a scamish charity... great.

Just to let everyone know that may stumble into this thread, hungerhost.com is a brand new company and has nothing to do with the old host spoken of here. When we were picking our name, this didn't show up in any of the searches we ran :o
We have much saner packages and have been going strong for over a year now :-)

I would do the search for their name here and over there to find out as much as possible information about them

Have you noticed this thread was started in 2002?

I'd be considering a name change anyway. Reputation like that kind of company probably had won't completely vanish that quickly. At the very least make some disclaimers that you have no idea who that was and they are not affiliated with you.
Also wrong section for this thread?
