WARNING: Don't read this if you are easily nauseated
My allergies have been acting up recently, since my neighbors cat started snooping around again, and I had to blow my nose a lot during the past 2 days. Well, tonight, after i blew my nose (for the third time) i had a very bad nosebleed. Is it normal if the blood flows out and douses the piece of tissue halfway within a few seconds and before i can get another piece it drips out and colors the toilet water red? Should I go to a doctor? I'm serious now.

I'm not sure if its normal but have never experienced that before. If you are ever in doubt its better to be safe than sorry and go to a doctor.

You better go to a doctor.

Poor you. I don't think it's abnormal that a blood vessel breaks when you blow your nose hard. Some people have shallow vessels in nose and throat. It's not uncommon to cough blood when you have a bad cold for instance because of broken vessels.
If it happens often and/or when you don't blow your nose you should see a doctor though.
I may add that these things never happen to me. ewwwww...
<ADD>
Since you are allergic maybe use some cortisone spry that makes the tissues in your nose even thinner.

I'll probably ask my parents to bring me to a doctor this weekend if it happens again...

You may get some sort of nasal spray or something to help you sneeze less... so I recommend it.

I had the same problem but with my lip..every time I'd cough (I had a cold) my lip would bleed, because I had a cut and the cough blew it open...

Yup - its just when you blew your nose you damaged a capillary. Most likely, since you keep blowing your nose the capillary doesnt get a chance to heal. Just see your doctor for some medication and let your vein heal.
ps. For some (fortunate) reason, I'm surrounded by sick people but manage to stay healthy. :classic2:

My friend hit his nose onto the wall and one of his nose vessel broke.
Go and see a doctor.

When I was young....er....
I was played hockey, I would get into lots of fight. I actually punched one guy in the nose, knocked him out cold and broke his nose at the same time. heheh :D

I am a diver, and I was diving into a pool at a friends house and got the stupid Idea to jump off the diving board, which was already fairly high, as high as I can and do, what I thought was a good idea at the time, an upside-down cannon ball. Well I jumped Higher than I thought so I had over spun, and I landed on my back. So when I hit the water my body stoped but my knees kept going right into my nose. Got out of the pool, and blood was gushing everywhere. and the cartlidge in the bridge of my nose was crooked. Never went to a doctor and now my nose is going to grow crooked
off subject? yes! Funny? Probably not.

I will not... I don't click on anything you got because it most likely is obscene.

Well I can't since I am in school... and I don't know what to expect. And your tastes aren't the same as mine. The guy in my avatar is my type.

Cute?! I would say hardly. ;)
You're lucky, GC! We're not allowed to go on forums in any of the computers on school campus.
