Anyone having any issues signing up? I am trying to sign my wife up, but it wont accept the app. I have all the information correct. I am going to www.google.com/adsense and clicking on sign up. I have all the information filled out right, and I hit submit and it just refreshes the page with all of the information on it.

Contact them, it could be a possible site glitch? Possibly try signing up a second time later?

If it doesn;t work, shoot them a support request

Could it be network problem, like server down or something like that?Just get the tech support.

Close your browser and retry? It could be something on your end.
