need help fast, what is the absolutly cheapest way to network? Wireless? even if it is one of those cheap 1.6mb a sec, I need to know asap!

buy a network card at compusa for arround 15$ and get a cat5 wire about 4 feet wide, and network it that way..

thats what im doing

Because my bedroom is upstairs farthest down the hall way where the DSL will be located, my Dads office is downstairs about 100ft away and my sisters computer is in her bedroom about another 30ft away. And my parents wouldn't let me run a cable through the house anyway

Well I have one major question...Will any wirelss network adapter work with any Access Point?

if you get 802.11b it should work fine dont try to mix 802.11b and 802.11a there are compatibility issues and the 802.11b would be better than 802.11a
