There is no obligation to buy further hours, and we include the PSD file(s) once the Free Hour is up. Through this approach, we would like to give everyone an opportunity to try out our efficient Work Ticket and Hourly system. Short FAQ on the Free Hour of Design Work Offer:

Q: I am interested. What types of Design Work can I have completed within the Free Hour?

A: For Design Work that can be completed within the Free hour, we
would recommend going with a custom Logo, Advertisement, or other Misc Graphics.


Q: I have something bigger in mind for the Design Work - such as an Interface or a Layout. Could I use this Free Hour to get a mockup designed? Then if I’m happy with it, could I buy more hours to have it completed?

A: Absolutely. Yes we strongly recommend getting a mockup designed, we would like earn your business.


Q: Once this hour is up, can I keep the Design Work even if I choose not to purchase any Hours with your company?

A: Of course. You will receive the PSD file(s) once the Free Hour is up, or even sooner if requested.


Q: Okay this sounds like its worth a shot. How do I proceed and get started?

A: To begin the process for your Free Hour, please send us any of the design and dimensions specifications you may have by logging in to your Client Admin Account (Sign Up is Free – you just need to complete the information in Order Now: Step 1 of 3
(http://www.neadodesigns.com/register), choose Work Submission -
Create New Project, then fill in your project details. Then, please PM us via this Forum and we will add your complimentary hour to your account and get started on your work. When we have a preview ready for you, you will receive an email notification to view it from your Client Admin Account. In which we will be communicating with you through your Work Ticket.

My 1 hour design from NeadoDesigns I can say this the logo looks great the designer was very friendly will choose them again in the near future.

Please be patient. They are VERY busy it seems, which is fine for a professional design company. Took them a day or so to contact me. But, so far, I'm loving the work.
