E-mail forwarding

I am looking for (program maybe? ) that lets me create e-mail for forwarding to people on my msg board.
The thing is I want the E-mail to look like a webpage.
This will be for a newletter that goes out monthly.
It is hard to show an example so I will try and explain....

Example would be,I get this newsletter from Monster Cable.
Thier E-mails look like webpages,links,graphics and all,yet fit the recieve window in outlook withought scrolling to right or left.

Does this make any sense?Hope so hehe :D
Its not just plain text.

I know I could just probly do this by doing steps as I create the E-mails,just thought maybe they have something out there that does it faster/easier :confused2

Any help would be great.
And if this belongs in another area of the board,my bad:(

I should say this would need to work with peoplle having web based mail as well.
