Could this be the end of Alienware if that is the case? (Alienware is a Dell Product.) To be honest, I wouldn't mind, too many people think Alienware is all great, but believe me, from some of the specifications I've seen, an AMD computer would be much better with the same specs.

I liked Alienware, before they sold.

Oh well, never liked Dell anyway, they bore me with the same crap spec's and immense prices. Can't beat a bit of HP or Packard Bell!

Dell was a good brand (for value) compared to all the others when I was selling computers, but then... Their support for retail purchases was bullcrap. So I am steering clear of them. Toshiba / ASUS or MAC are the ONLY laptops I would recommend, if you're after a desktop, then get of ya bum and build it yourself, you'll save time and money, and best of all, you get EXACTLY what you want.

Dell business machines are pretty good, and are priced cheaper than most other suppliers. Their gaming & high performance PCs are crap. As for their technical support, you might as well phone your local takeaway.

lol good call.
Your local takeaway shop would know more about fixing your PC then Dell would, they just blame software and pawn you off onto Microsoft.
