i dont know if its new or not : sunsite.dk , seems very fast , but it only for open-source projects

heres what they offer

SSI

You can use SSI (Apache Server Side Includes) in your web pages. Just

set the x bit on the files you want enable SSI for. We

do not allow #exec and #include of CGI

scripts. SSI is documented here.

CGI Scripts

SunSITE allow projects to use CGI-scripts. However due to security

reasons, we require the source code to be approved by a member of the

staff before activation.

PHP

Our Apache installations includes the PHP module, and we allow all

projects to use PHP in their web pages. Just name your PHP enabled

HTML files with the .php extension. PHP documentation

can be found here.

PHP/MySQL

We also provide MySQL databases for your project web pages upon

request. If you need a MySQL database just send an request email to

staff@sunsite.dk.

Java Servlets/JSP

If you mail staff@sunsite.dk we can setup a Tomcat server for your project where you can run

servlets and JSP. For documentation please go to http://java.sun.com.

Java Applets

SunSITE allow projects to use client-side Java Applets as long as the

applets do not have a malicious behavior.

To announce your project -- or changes to your project -- to all the

project owners at sunsite.dk you can mail your announcement to

announce@sunsite.dk.

In order to receive these and other sunsite related announcements you

should join the announce mailing list by sending an empty email to announce-subscribe@sunsite.dk.

If you have any problems then please direct your question to the staff@sunsite.dk

mailing list

http://sunsite.dk/ hosting is only for those who "own" or "participate in" an Open Source project. They will evaluate your hosting request and if your project fits their policy then u'll be hosted :)
