What do I need and what best tool can I use?
Are there are FREE mailing list tools out there? Which ones are good?

Yahoo! Groups is crap, but it delegates as a mailing list so..eh..

That was already mentioned Roly :rolleyes:

Topica is great, I have been using then since listbot closed its free service. I have about 8 different lists with them.
