They generally don't work, its better to hand submit them, authough it can take a little more time is adds up big time in the end :D

I just got 934 (literally) peices of spam in one hour due to FFA sites.

ffa submitting never did me much.

Always create a spam account before submitting.

Try Jim's SelfPromotion.com (http://selfpromotion.com/). It's great and works for me. Jim will also guide you with manual submissions And he has special page dedicated on how to submit to Yahoo!
