allows MX records to be changed
and pays you for ads?

NetCabins will change your MX records, but they wont pay you for the ads. Spaceports will pay you for the ads, but wont change your MX records :p.

Just sign up for Netcabins and get your own banner system; then place two of your own banners on top of the Netcabins banner.

You can change the MX records on Portland too, but not really the best for stability, and a 100mb/month bandwidth quota.

My host *coming soon* will allow both of these, but you'll only get paid if you get 10,000+ hits a month.
