check vpspace.com. Higher class VPS servers and Cloud servers which outperform dedicated machines also due to flexibility (you can go up to 10GHz CPU if you want or more with a mouse click). Cloud beats everything and is the future. Vpspace.com are in Basel (Switzerland) just at the border of Germany.
