What do you lot think? I know there isn't any content or much but do you think there's anything wrong with it?

Which nav bar? The one with the home and the forums links? What would you call a nice user interface nav bar?

To be honest, I don't think the design will work (don't hate me), since your target audience are webmasters; you need something more trendy-savvy looking, or go for the professional look. I don't know, its just my opinion.
Take a look at www.cwd.dk they have many good looking examples for you to get ideas from.

I am sorry Cheatpark but I am going to be honest.
Neither design is that great, and is really lacking in everything. The designs are feeling like something is missing, and the amount of void in both is large. I suggest you take a look at the layouts at www.elated.com and look at the ideas.

Yes, a marked improvement off the last two... but there is still much room to improve, here is what I suggest:
- The table is too square like, can you make it rounded with some cool graphic?
- Do something about all the gray void areas
- Add more colors

None of the two designs really caught my eye actually. The first one is better.
However, I don't like the wavvy arrow-pointer things.

Did you check the third design?

Well thanks for the honest opinions. I'm now working on a php and mysql backend for the site which will hopefully make it fast and well organised. Anyone else got something to say which hasn't already been said?

Due to early stages of development I can't post a live demo now but in a few days I'll post a link to a demo front page of what the site will look like and I'll add in some images so that it won't look plain. :) I'll also make an example tutorial which users can add comments to if they register on the site. It will be exciting so stay tuned. :)
