need help BADLY!!

this is what happened:

i installed a program, and it made a shortcut on my desktop. it was a shourtcut to the setup program

the setup program was in the temp internet files, and was auto-deleted

now i can't delete the shortcut on my desktop :mad:

it says "invalid shortcut" in the properties, and is 0bytes, and isn't pointing to anything

my question: HOW DO I GET RID OF IT (the shortcut)??!

Try restarting your computer and then deleting the shortcut.

make it link to notepad. when thats saveds go back into it and deelete

i cant. it wont let me edit anything in that shortcut!

Get into DOS/Command Promt and type:

del C:\Windows\Desktop\shortcut name.ink
