how to set up a server, even with a network / hub?

I dont understand what you mean? You mean how would you go about hooking up a server to a hub and letting people access it ??

i want to set up server, but im using a hub with many computers hooked up to it..

also, i only have one net plug in my room, is there any way to set up my two pcs one one net polug w/o a hub, i have two network cards on on pc and 1 on the other / with access to more
