With Photoshop I know it shows you *.PSD files as their own icons. Like, if you have file called "flower.psd", and it is a picture of a flower, the icon in windows for that file is the actual flower image. I have seen this with BMP's too, with a tweak program I had. I want to make all my image files, gif, bmp, jpeg, tiff, tga, like this, for faster browsing (plus its cool). I don't know quite what to search google for this.

Sure! I have been using vueicons for years now. Very helpful when you work with graphics. It now comes bundled with vueprint.
