Is there a FWP that provides domain name hosting and no ads and maybe CGI? Something like portland except for the blazing speed and high bandwidth limit (I was there).

http://www.portland.co.uk will do it, but they are not too reliable and have a 100mb bandwidth limit. otherwise they have cgi, php4, mysql: the works. (and no ads)
