I have hundreds gigs pics and mpegs and I want to share them with my friends and with new friends here..I colected these 200 cd jpegs in 4-5 years and then stopped and restarted to collecting this year again and made about 50-60 new cd with full jpegs..1st of all I need at least 50 mb space max 200 kb or 300 kb file size limit (better for m)...cause some files I leeched are from highly professional sites..I tried several hosts but I'm tired of beeing deleted...or crushing my host cause of huge visiting rate (10.000/hits/day or more). they canceled my accounts..saying u r f***ing our bandwith .. we canceled your accounts......I never thought to earn money.. u can ask me why I asked password protected hosts.. to keep my sites from random visitors...I'll open accounts to my friends for trade or sharing..If you are a collector or good at XXX subject ...we can talk about that...I'm waiting your messages or emails to
rottenmeat@hotmail.com ...

You better get out your wallet. You're looking at about $60,000.00 a year for that. Based on $25/500MB account, 200 accounts, twelve months in a year. Unless your dad's Bill Gates you're ---- outta luck.

$60,000? Why not just go with Crosswinds ;)

I thought Cracker once said something about 3GB=Unlimited in Crosswinds land, so I didn't suggest them. Besides, it would take about six months strait uploading on CrossWind's crappy FTP.

If I interpeted this correctly, he only wanted 50+MB, so that he could share some of the files with his friends.

Yea - that's what I thought - but 10k hits/day - damn, that guy must have a lot of friends!

You could use the Xoom/Nbci sharehouse, doubt they delete stuff.

read the thread subject again..

maybe you can run FTP off your computer, and let your friends access it. this way you'll know your files will never get deleted, and there are no uploading problems either.

He probably means that he wants to upload 100GBs and he needs *multiple* 50MB accounts. Can't you people put two and two together  ;).

I read it as he just wanted a single >50MB account as well. I think this is just small sharing and trading, not that he wants to upload the entire collection...

Why not freedrive? you have to download the picture before you can see it anyways so freedrive wont make much of a difference. If your friends really want the stuff sell it to them. make copies of the cd, and offer them for a price . If its rare and good then you would probably make some sales
