15$ via paypal, impulse buy i guess... lol
im setting up a server and so i bought the domain idnpc.com from register4less.com
hope they are the cheapest via paypal, that are reliable ;)
it was fast too, wam bam thank you register

One thing you might want to consider here, and that is AT&T can cancel your service if you are running a server and it's against their TOS. I don't simply mean they can make you take the server offline, they can refuse to sell you the high speed service.
I'd make sure I understood the risk before violating the TOS with anyone who has a monopoly on my service options.

because you have to add a credit card to your paypal account(or debit card).
but then again, you could use your debit card for godaddy too.

No, you don't have to add a credit card to your PayPal account. You can do some stuff without a credit card.
