What's the fastest, no-ads placing host?

I'm searching for the fastest free host that's not placing any ads on the pages.
Size of Webspace isn't important. Only the speed and there schould't be any filesize limit.

well.... if size of webspace ain't important but no file size limit IS... then what's the point? I mean, they can offer you only 1 MB but offers unlimited file upload size. Duhh..........................

Ok, that's right. i only need the space for pictures and html files. If there's more webspace than 10mb, i would upload other files there too.

I don't like Envy.nu either, but it has nothing to do with their service.. it's just a personal reason. About the forum loading slow, that might be a problem with their script rather than the server speed.
