Where do you live? Did it change to daylight saving time in the US now? I know it did here in Sweden and in the UK.
If it didn't change to daylight saving time in the US now, then that's why vBulletin didn't change your time as I beleive it is relying on the server time.
You can change your time in the Profile.

Ok, then for us in contries where it has already changed to daylights saving time, please wait a week or two and the times on this forum will be correct again when it has changed in the US.

if it doesn't change, you could just memorize the time is one hour forward?
anyway such matters doesn't affect me, my country does not have daylight savings time.

I was thinking that the US doesn't have daylight saving time too. It might just be some countries near the GMT timezone that do it.

USA will change their time on Sunday, so you should be fine then. :)

Neither does mine. We're in different countries, but we're both in the same time zone.
I agree with trenz...Why can't you just memorize it?

Well you could also just change your timezone temporarily to make the time correct for you.

anyway, I think the clock is set wrongly. Today when I went on the forums, the clock was one hour forward.

Yes mine is an hour ahead too. I guess I will have to put up with for 6 months. The nearest time I can get would be half an hour ahead.

Well the time is fine for me... daylight savings time starts in a few hours though, so I guess I'll see then.

The time has changed so can this thread be locked?
Bruce

Is there really a need to lock it? It's not like they need to lock every thread that is no longer relevant.

Why do all the times on the forums show up one hour ahead? Daylight Savings Time is not used in China nor many Asian countries. Aimoo was very careful to avoid this mistake by adding a checkbox next to the time box that said "I am in a time zone that uses Daylight Savings Time." I suggest that FreeWebspace and/or vBulletin add a similar feature.

why dont you go to the vbulletin (http://vbulletin.com/forum/) site and ask?
why put it here
also, vb has a user selectable timezone....

Yes, I was wondering if Peo or Todd could make a script that fixed this problem.
I know it has selectable time zones, but why do I have to set it to a time zone that I'm not in, just because of DST?
