I doubt it is a joke, the page would be inaccessible now if it was. And there are several companies adding that extra bit to your browser now anyway. Luckily so far in Netscape it just opens another window. :devious2:

No, it's not a joke....and they have it wrong. It's not "Ooga Ooga", it's "Ooka Ooka". It's a branch off of the new "Shoshkelas" type of advertising that Wells Fargo, Weather.com, and a few other places are testing out.. They pay good too...

Personally, I prefer the Shoshkelas type better.. They are interactive advertisements that seem to be part of the webpage...but they dont take over your browser the way Ooka Ooka does..
