Need cheap simple free hosting

I have a domain already (www.abcdefghijkl.com) but I have no host for it. Do any of you know a fairly reliable, fairly fast host? I only need a few simple criteriae. 50K filesize limit, 5 megabtye disk space, about 500 meg traffic per month, and most importantly no banners. thanks in advance.

common guys, is there really no hosting out there with such simple criteria? all I need is 5 megabytes web space and about a 50 kilobyte size limit for each file.
