Sounds like youve had your share of downfalls to!
Unitedtech though did go out of biz..there is info at the website. It was due to personal problems.
I dont know if people are getting refunds, etc. or not.
besthost1.com is part of super.nu..one of many resellers and best to avoid. Dont count on your refund..they will say you have to wait the 90 days and then cancel it on the anniversary date that you joined....ones Ive known never got their refund..and its several people.

Well Martie,
That's not all. I had so much problems to find good server is not funny (over last 5 years). From Comunitech (non existent support) to Unitedtec that had really great support in the beginning, but then closed the site with out warning.
(I like the guy and I understand problems do happen, but no email warning? That's pathetic and very irresponsible!

Why is it so hard to find just a normal, honest reseller host with
good support with a good business sense?

They MUST be out there, somewhere, somebody!

I did find hostmatters.com so far their look really good.
Will see how long that will last.

Hostmatters - have an extremly good reputation and i can't see that changing anytime soon. But if your looking for a well established host who even with mass growth have been good and honest go with http://www.tera-byte.com
